4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Zazueta Tree Specialists reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact safe or effective service delivery.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the start of any work. Full payment is typically due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Failure to make payment may result in collection actions or suspension of services until the account is resolved.
6. SMS, Phone Calls, and Electronic Communication Consent
By submitting a form, calling, or otherwise contacting Zazueta Tree Specialists, you acknowledge and agree that you may receive phone calls, emails, and SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, estimate, or scheduled services.
These communications may include appointment updates, service confirmations, and follow-ups. With your consent, we may also send occasional promotional or marketing messages.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area, and disclose any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to power lines, unstable structures, or underground utilities.

Customers are responsible for informing the company of any known or potential hazards or special conditions on the property that may affect safety or service execution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zazueta Tree Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or structural issues that are not reasonably visible prior to the start of work.
Liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.
10. Warranties and Work Results
Zazueta Tree Specialists is committed to providing high-quality tree care services. However, natural factors such as tree growth, weather conditions, disease, and soil conditions may affect long-term results. No warranty or guarantee is provided regarding future tree health unless expressly stated in writing.
